Chelsea Wharf is a converted warehouse that occupies an enviable position on the riverbank at Lots Road, it is predominantly a mixture of offices and studios but also has a collection of twelve, loft-style, riverside apartments.
The collection was purchased by a Singaporean investor in 2010 and Spring & Mercer were commissioned to re-brand the building and produce appropriate marketing material to promote Chelsea Wharf Residences as a premium product in the Central London rental market.
