North Stand
Spring & Mercer were asked to produce an identity for a luxury residential building occupying the former 'North Bank' at Arsenal's Highbury Stadium.
The building contains 140 apartments available for rent, with young aspirational professionals in mind.
The printed brochure features a double gate-fold cover with the Northstand 'star' device die-cut from the inside cover exposing the old football ground through the aperture.
