GB Developments is a privately owned, residential investment company, established in 2006. The directors wanted the identity to reflect their considerable, combined experience in the marketplace.
Spring & Mercer created an identity that not only conveyed these qualities but also gave a three-dimensional feeling to the logo device, suggestive of the companies core function, investing in property.
